Deadline extended to July 15th

Although we have well over 70 folks registered, I have extended the registration period for a couple weeks. This is time I was planning to use to get the group logistics worked out, and I have enough of a handle on the group makeup that I can give procrastinators and stragglers a little more time to get on board.
This will not, however, delay the project time line. The original start date was (and still is) July 15th, and the first six weeks are dedicated to creating the initial elements of the work. The first exchange will still take place five to six weeks after the July 15th start date, even if we are still tweaking the groups after July 15th. We have some wiggle room since there is six weeks before any exchange needs to take place. This puts the first exchange happening during the week of August 20th-26th or there about. I will lay out the calendar for the whole project before we get started.
